These terms govern the text messaging program operated by Ubuntu Enterprises LLC dba Helpful Home Buyers (the company registered for this messaging program). By opting in, you agree to these terms and to receive text messages and phone calls at the number you provide.
Program summary. Helpful Home Buyers sends text messages about your property inquiry and the offer being prepared for you. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or call (816) 585-9133.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
1. Program name and sender
The program is operated by Ubuntu Enterprises LLC dba Helpful Home Buyers, 30 N Gould St STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801. Messages are sent from a phone number we control. We identify ourselves by name in our messages.
2. How you opt in
You opt in to this program in one of these ways:
- On this website: by checking the SMS consent box on a form where you also provide your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked, is optional, and is not required to submit the form. You must check it yourself.
- By text: by sending us a text message from your mobile number, or by replying START to resume messages after opting out.
- Verbally: by telling one of our team members during a phone call that you agree to receive text messages at your number. We record the date and time of that consent.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving an offer on your property. You may decline and still work with us by phone or email.

4. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. It depends on the status of your property inquiry and on how often you reply. Most people receive a handful of messages over the life of their inquiry. We do not send a fixed number of messages per week or month.
5. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Helpful Home Buyers does not charge you for these messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each message sent or received according to your plan. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.
6. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message from us at any time. We also honor QUIT, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, and OPTOUT. After you opt out, you will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further messages to that number unless you opt in again.
You may also opt out by calling (816) 585-9133 or emailing info@helpfulhomebuyers.net and asking us to remove your number.

8. Supported carriers and carrier liability
This program is available on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, Cricket, Virgin Mobile, and others.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed by Helpful Home Buyers.
9. Devices and changes to your number
You must be the account holder of, or have permission to use, the mobile number you give us, and the device must be capable of receiving text messages. If you change or give up your mobile number, tell us promptly so we do not message someone else at that number.
10. Privacy
Information you send us by text is handled under our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
Do not send sensitive personal information by text, including your Social Security number, bank account numbers, or card numbers. We will never ask for those by text.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version posted on this page governs the program. Material changes will be posted here before they take effect.
