Helpful Home Buyers purchases residential real estate directly from owners for our own account. We are a principal buyer, not a licensed real estate brokerage, and we do not represent sellers or buyers in real estate transactions. We do not provide brokerage services, and no agency relationship is created by your use of this site or by contacting us.
Depending on the property and the deal, we may purchase with our own funds, purchase with financing, or assign our purchase contract to another buyer. Any such arrangement is disclosed in the written contract presented to you.
2. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, accounting, financial, or investment advice. We are not attorneys, accountants, or financial advisors. Consult your own professionals before signing any agreement, including any agreement with us.
3. No offer until it is in writing
Information on this site, including any estimate, range, or number discussed by phone, text, or email, is not an offer to purchase and does not create a binding agreement. A binding agreement exists only when a written purchase agreement is signed by both you and us.
